Located in Miami, Florida, we have two manufacturing facilities with over 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space. This means that we have virtually unlimited productions capabilities to meet all customer demands. Our partners have over thirty years of experience in the industry.

Remanufacturing a toner cartridge to the highest standards is a process that takes time and effort. Our highly trained staff knows this and follow the steps meticulously to ensure that all our customers will be more than satisfied. Your satisfaction is our key to success.

Below is a list of the steps involved in the process. These steps are followed for every single cartridge that we remanufacture.

Every used cartridge that we receive is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it can be remanufactured. Not every used toner cartridge can be remanufactured due to excessive wear and tear.
Once we determine that a cartridge can be remanufactured, we carefully disassemble it making sure that all crucial parts remain intact and usable. This process is just as complicated as the process of putting it back together.
Through our cleaning process we are able to sort out those parts that need to be discarded and those components that can be safely reused. Cleaning is the final step in our process to determine those parts which can be reused.
In this, the first step of the rebuilding process, every component which cannot be reused is immediately discarded and replaced with quality after-market components.
The OPC (Organic Photo Conductor) Drum is responsible for precisely transferring the toner, and thus your image, to the printed page. This drum is always replaced with an MIS remanufactured cartridge.
The wiper blade is an extremely delicate and necessary component to a quality remanufactured cartridge. It is recommended that you replace the wiper blade whenever you replace the OPC drum.
During this step, the toner hopper is emptied of any residual toner that might remain and a special after-market seal is applied. This is the final step before we add new toner.
The toner hopper is filled with a specified amount of high quality toner which meets or exceeds OEM standards. All toners are tested for density, yield, adhesion to paper, shadowing, blasting, and texture.
The cartridge must then pass a series of tests to ensure quality. Every single cartridge is thoroughly tested before it leaves the plant.
Each cartridge is heat sealed in a foil moisture resistant bag lined with Polyethylene light barrier to ensure protection from static electricity, humidity, and temperature extremes.
Each cartridge is packed in a reusable, environmentally friendly cardboard box. When we ship out a cartridge, we request that the used cartridge be returned to us using the box that we use to ship it to you.
